HOW TO ENTER

How to enter - consumers must purchase (1) WD–40, 3-IN-ONE Professional or 3-IN-ONE Oil product to enter. Consumers must complete the official entry form found in participating stores and send to E-Products NZ Ltd, PO Box 33, 1239 Takapuna, Auckland, New Zealand.

 CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1.                   Information on prizes and how to enter form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.

2.                   Entry is open to all residents of New Zealand only. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

3.                   Consumers must purchase (1)WD–40, 3-IN-ONE Professional or 3-IN-ONE Oil product. To enter consumers must complete the official entry form found in participating stores and send to E-Products NZ LTD, PO Box 33, 1239 Takapuna, Auckland, New Zealand during the promotional period.

4.                   Promotion commences on 01/09/08. Entries close 11:59pm GMT+1200 on 31/01/09. The contest will be judged by a panel appointed by E-Products NZ LTD Ground Floor, 5 Anzac Street, Takapuna, Auckland, New Zealand. Judges' decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into. This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winners. No responsibility is accepted for late or misdirected mail or for unredeemed prizes.

Enter as many times as you like, but each entrant must purchase (1) WD–40, 3-IN-ONE Professional or 3-IN-ONE Oil product. Complete the official entry form and in 25 words or less tell us why you deserve to win 1 of 5 TomTom One V3 Navigation Systems. Each entry must contain completed entry form and proof of purchase. One entry per (1) purchased product.

5.                   The Promoter reserves the right at any time to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the entry process.

6.                   Incomplete or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

7.                   Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) and/or invoice(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for entry upon request may in the absolute discretion of the Promoter result in invalidation.

8.                   If prize is unavailable the Promoter in its discretion reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.

9.                   Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash.  Each winner will receive (1) TomTom One V3 Navigation System Unit valued at $399 or market value at time of winner selection.

10.               If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to the fullest extent permitted by law to (a) disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

11.               Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Conditions of Entry; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant.

12.               The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required to New Zealand regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. Unless otherwise advised, the Promoter may also use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
